Eat foods like Dal, Roti, Sabji made from Mung beans, black-eyed peas, kidney beans, lentils, pulses, and chickpeas, which are a good option to stay healthy and full. No diet, just healthy!

Rice or millets with generous servings of seasonal veggies have been an all time favorite and works wonders for your body.

Oats are among the healthiest grains around and are incredibly nutritious. They are a good source of carbs, fiber, protein, vitamins and minerals. And since it is also filling, this may help you lose weight as well.

Work from home could mean a lot of snacking. Nuts are a great source of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, and at the same time, not fattening!! Ensure you do not over eat as well.
